BOOT CAMP
I have developed a fitness bootcamp that integrates cardiovascular interval training, weight training and flexibility work that is both effective and fun. Once you try it and see the results, you will want to keep coming! In fact, most of my "bootcampers" are long time students who continually refer new friends.
Diana is funny! She knows her stuff. Everyday is different and  challenging. I never
want to miss a day because I feel guilty.  Diana is encouraging with a great motivational sense of humor! I highly recommend signing on to be trained by her--Nancy, 41
